CU Business Solutions has a diverse set of services for the diverse needs of its customers.  How does it work?

• We represent the credit union to the member.
• We represent the member to the credit union.
• We underwrite a member loan request and make a recommendation to the credit union.
• We prepare loan documents, close and fund the loan and service it for the credit union and the member. 
• For larger transactions, we place and service loan participations between the originating credit union and other credit unions sharing in the loan.

Your financing needs are our services.  We offer accounts receivable and inventory financing, equipment financing, Small Business Administration financing, business acquisition financing, owner occupied and investor real-estate mortgages, and construction/development lending.
