Welcome to our Website. CU Business Solutions is now in its eighth year of supporting the Credit Union movement in Member Business Lending (MBL). 2012 was a banner year in many ways. Our credit union owners collectively grew their MBL portfoios to $300 million. CUBS reached a new high in MBLs serviced at $107 million and grew the number of credit unions it supports in MBL Lending to 16. In June, we moved to our new 3600 SF location at 7501 Hwy 290 E , Suite 101 in Austin. New sysytems and applicaitons were impemented to make the customer experience more positive.

In 2013, we will continue to focus on the basics of delivering sound underwriting recommendations to our lenders, effective loan documentation and closing services support for new loan production and great customer service for our MBL members served. We hope to partner with more Credit Unions with MBL Participation opportuntities and in helping credit unions new to MBL lending with the core services we provide our owners. We also hope to expand our partneships by supporting more Credit Unions with the ever growing need for Portfolio Review services.

We continue to believe great opportuntity exists in MBL Lending and look forward to the future in helping the Credit Union Movement capitalize in capturing them.
